This campaign is open to all individual customers of GXBank who have a savings account (GX Account) and an active *FlexiCredit limit with GXBank. Permanent and contract employees of GXBank are NOT eligible to participate.

You can collect chances to win the reward when you make drawdowns from your FlexiCredit credit limit before & during the campaign period (1 August 2026 - 30 September 2026).

 

To earn chances:

(1) New drawdowns during the campaign period (1 August 2026 - 30 September 2026)

• Every RM1 of new drawdown = 2x chances to win

(2) For existing drawdowns made before 1 August 2026

• Every RM1 of existing outstanding principal amount = 1x chance to win

The number of chances will be cumulated based on the total Ringgit amount, of the outstanding principal (if drawdown is made before 1 August 2026) or drawdown amount (for drawdowns made during the campaign period), NOT the number of drawdowns. This means the higher your drawdown amount during the campaign, the higher your chances! There is no cap on the number of chances a customer can earn.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the chance pool at the end of each day, however winners will be announced on a weekly basis. There are a total of sixty one (61) winners & six (6) Gold Rush winners throughout the campaign.

If you are selected to be the winner of the week:

• Phone Call: You will be contacted by the GXBank team via a phone call (+603 7498 3188). To receive the reward, you must correctly answer a simple question related to GXBank.

• Push Notification: Upon answering correctly, you will receive an official push notification from GXBank for verification purposes. Please ensure your push notifications are enabled.

• Security Reminder: GXBank will NEVER ask you to reveal your password, PIN, or OTP over the phone or via any other communication channels.

• Reward Delivery: Upon successful verification, your 1g Limited Edition 999.9 Gold Coin will be sent to you by 31 October 2026.
