For a smoother verification process:

1. Ensure that your MyKad is in good condition (not faded / no tear in the plastic film).
2. Find a well-lit area to capture a clear image of your MyKad. Watch out for glares and avoid obstructing the image with your fingers.
3. Make sure that your selfie is sharp and that your facial features are clearly visible.

How can I earn the cashback reward for funding my GX Account?

To earn the cashback reward upon successful account activation of GX Account, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to "Add Money".
2. Enter a minimum amount of RM88 (in a single transaction).
3. Select a Bank to perform the fund-in transaction (Note: The bank account has to be under your own name).

Once you have successfully funded your account, you will have your RM8 cashback reward credited to your GX Account within the same business day or one business day after the date of account funding.
