You’ll enjoy an additional 0.4% Cashback on top of the existing 0.1% Cashback for domestic in-store and online GX Card payments, valid for the rest of the month.

Campaign Details:

  • Duration: 1 December 2024 – 31 January 2025.
  • Redemptions: Limited to the first 10,000 participants per month, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Cashback Terms: The extra 0.4% Cashback applies to future payments made in Malaysia during the month of completion, in addition to the existing 0.1% Cashback.

What is this campaign about?

  • The campaign offers extra 0.40% cashback on eligible GX Card purchases from 1 December 2024 to 31 January 2025 or until the cashback cap is reached.

Who is eligible to participate?

  • Open to GXBank customers with an active GX savings account and GX Card. Customers under 18 or with delinquent or closed accounts are not eligible.

How can I qualify for the cashback?

  • Make at least 10 eligible card purchases during the campaign month and be among the first 10,000 participants for December or January.

When and how will I receive the additional cashback?

  • The additional cashback will be credited to your GX Account by the next day as soon as your eligible transactions are performed. In exceptional cases where your eligible transactions under the “Processing” or “Successful” status, crediting of the cashback could take up to two (2) weeks from the date the transaction is performed. If the eligible transaction is subsequently canceled, any credited cashback amount will be clawed back or debited from your GX Account. The cashback value will be calculated and rounded down to the nearest two decimal points. Cashback amount must be at least RM0.01 in order to be credited to your GX Account.

Campaign Period

  • The campaign runs from 1 December 2024 to 31 January 2025 or until the maximum cap of rewards is reached, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility

  • Open to GXBank customers with an active GX Card (virtual or physical) and a GX savings account in good standing.
  • Customers under 18 or those with suspended, closed, or delinquent accounts are not eligible.

How to Qualify

  • Make at least 10 eligible card purchases in December 2024 and/or January 2025.
  • Be among the first 10,000 customers to meet the spend requirement each month.

Reward Details

  • Earn extra 0.40% cashback on eligible retail or e-commerce purchases after meeting the minimum spend requirement.
  • Cashback is credited by the next day (or within 2 weeks in exceptional cases).

Important Notes

  • Excluded transactions (e.g., e-wallet reloads) do not count toward the campaign or cashback.
  • Cashback will be reversed if eligible transactions are refunded, reversed, or cancelled.
