Campaign Period

  • The campaign runs from 1 December 2024 to 31 January 2025 or until the 45,000 rewards cap per month is reached, whichever comes first.

Eligibility

  • Open to GXBank customers with an active GX Account.
  • Not eligible: Customers under 18 or with closed, suspended, or delinquent accounts.

How to Qualify

  • Make 5X merchant DuitNow QR payments in a single month using the GX App.
  • Each transaction must be at least a minimum amount of RM30 and transacted by scanning a merchant's DuitNow QR code.

Campaign Reward

  • Earn RM5 cashback by completing the qualifying criteria.
  • Each customer can redeem the reward once per month, with a maximum of 2 rewards throughout the campaign.

Important Notes

  • Rewards are credited by the next day after meeting the criteria (up to 2 weeks in exceptional cases).
  • Rewards are limited to 45,000 per month, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
