Reward: RM8 cashback when you link your DuitNow ID with your GX Account for the first time during the campaign period and keep it linked for 30 consecutive days.

If I’ve unlinked and relinked my DuitNow ID, would I still be eligible for the RM8 cashback?

You will still be eligible for the RM8 cashback based on the below:

You linked your DuitNow ID to your GX Account for the first time during the campaign period.

Upon unlinking and relinking, your 30 consecutive days streak will be renewed.

You will need to complete this new 30-days streak uninterrupted.

When will I receive the reward?

The RM8 cashback reward will be credited within three (3) days once you have fulfilled the 30 days consecutive days linkage. In exceptional cases, it may take up to two (2) weeks.

Campaign Period

The campaign runs from 14 April 2025 to 31 December 2025 or until the 37,500 rewards redemption cap is reached, whichever comes first.

Eligibility

Open to GXBank customers with an active GX Account who are linking their DuitNow ID to their GX Account for the first time during the campaign period.

Not eligible: Customers under 18 or with closed, suspended, or delinquent accounts.

How to Qualify

Qualify by linking your DuitNow ID with your GX Account for the first time during the campaign period and maintaining 30 consecutive days of linkage.

Campaign Reward

Earn RM8 cashback by completing the qualifying criteria.

Important Notes

Rewards are credited within three (3) days after meeting the criteria (up to two (2) weeks in exceptional cases).
Rewards are limited to the first 37,500 redemptions, distributed on a first-come, first served basis.
