Link Your GX Account

  • Open your Grab App and link your GX Account for the first time.

Top-up your GrabPay Wallet

  • Use your newly linked GX Account to top-up your GrabPay Wallet with a minimum amount of RM50.

Receive Your Reward

  • Get a RM4 GrabFood voucher credited to your Grab account instantly.

Earn a Second Voucher

  • Complete another top-up with a minimum amount of RM50 with your GX Account to receive a second RM4 GrabFood voucher.

  • Reward: Up to 2x RM4 GrabFood vouchers.
  • How to earn:

    1. Link your GX Account to your Grab account for the first time via the Grab App.

    2. Top up your GrabPay Wallet with a minimum amount of RM50 per transaction using your linked GX Account.
  • Note: One GrabFood voucher per eligible top-up, up to two vouchers per customer throughout campaign period.

When will I receive the reward?

  • Vouchers are credited instantly to your Grab account upon successful top-up.
  • In exceptional cases, it may take up to 2 weeks.

  • Runs from 11 September 2024 to 31 December 2024, or until 60,000 rewards are redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility

  • Open to GXBank customers who:
  • Have an active GX Account with good standing.
  • Linking their GX Account to Grab App for the first time.
  • Not eligible: Customers under 18, previously linked/unlinked accounts, or those with delinquent or closed accounts.

Campaign Mechanics

  • How to qualify:

    1. Link your GX Account to your Grab account for the first time.

    2. Top up your GrabPay Wallet with a minimum of amount RM50 per transaction using your linked GX Account.
  • Reward: Receive up to 2x RM4 GrabFood vouchers (one voucher per eligible RM50 top-up).

Reward Details

  • Vouchers are credited instantly to your Grab account upon successful top-up (may take up to 2 weeks in exceptional cases).
  • Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the issuance date and subjected to GrabFood terms and conditions.

Important Notes

  • Rewards are limited to 60,000 customers, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis..
