How to get the reward?

  1. Perform 3 local transactions at dining or grocery outlets with your GX Card in-store (minimum RM10 per transaction) within a campaign month.

  2. A one-time RM5 cashback will be credited within 3 working days upon completing 3 eligible transactions.

Earn 1.3% cashback when you pay with your GX Card in-store.

  • This campaign runs from 4 November 2025 to 31 January 2026 or until the rewards are fully redeemed.
  • Category 1: RM5 cashback
    • Qualify by performing at least three (3) local transactions on dining or grocery with your GX Card in-store (minimum RM10 per transaction).
    • You will earn a RM5 cashback when you perform at least three (3) transactions on dining or grocery with your GX Card in-store
    • Cashback is capped at RM5 per customer.
  • Category 2: 1.3% cashback
    • Qualify by performing local transactions with your GX Card in-store.
    • You will earn 1.3% cashback on every eligible transaction.

    • Cashback is capped at RM5 per customer per month.
    • Cashback is capped at RM15 per customer throughout the campaign period.

Who is eligible?

  • Category 1: RM5 cashback
    •  Open to all GXBank customers with an active GX Account and an existing GX Card who have not made any payment transaction with their GX Card in the past three (3) months.
  • Category 2: 1.3% cashback
    • Open to all GXBank customers with an active GX Account who are new to GX Card; or
    • Existing GX Card users who made at least one (1) payment transaction with their GX Card in the past three (3) months.

What is the campaign reward and how can I earn it?

  • Category 1: RM5 cashback when you perform at least three (3) local transactions on dining or grocery with your GX Card in-store within a campaign month:
    • Minimum RM10 per transaction.
  • Category 2: 1.3% cashback when you perform local transaction(s) with your GX Card in-store:
    • Only transactions performed through MyDebit are eligible.
    • Cashback is capped at RM5 per customer per month.
    • Cashback is capped at RM15 per customer throughout the campaign period.

When will I receive the reward?

  • Category 1: RM5 cashback will be credited to your GX Account within three (3) working days upon completion of at least three (3) eligible transactions (in exceptional cases, it may take up to two (2) weeks for the cashback to be credited).
  • Category 2: 1.3% cashback will be credited to your GX Account instantly after each eligible transaction (in exceptional cases, it may take up to two (2) weeks for the cashback to be credited).

I'm eligible for 1.3% cashback. How can I make a payment with my GX Card through MyDebit?

  • Before you pay: spot the MyDebit logo. You can usually find it at the store entrance or cashier. This confirms the store is equipped to accept MyDebit payments.
  • During payment: inform the cashier that you want to pay with MyDebit.
  • After payment: check the printed payment receipt from the card terminal. If you see the MyDebit logo or the word “MyDebit”, your transaction is most likely a MyDebit transaction.
