We will be revising our GX Rewards Experience Campaign Terms and Conditions with effect from 15 April 2024.
In summary, the revisions are as follows:
1. Cessation of Reward Category 3 (Link GX Account with Grab App and Subscribe for GrabUnlimited) (“Reward Category 3”)
- Effective 15 April 2024, Reward Category 3 will cease and be removed from the GX Rewards Experience Campaign and the Campaign Reward for Reward Category 3 (i.e. up to 6 months cashback of GrabUnlimited monthly subscription fee) (“Campaign Reward”) will no longer be awarded. We have removed clauses and terms related to Reward Category 3 from the GX Rewards Experience Campaign Terms and Conditions.
- Customers who have fulfilled the Qualifying Criteria for Reward Category 3 (“Qualifying Criteria”) prior to 15 April 2024 will continue to receive the Campaign Reward provided the customer continues to meet the Qualifying Criteria throughout the 6 month period. 2. Revision to Clause 4.1, Reward Category 1 (Retail and Online Spend Using GX Card) (“Reward Category 1”)
- Under “Crediting of Campaign Reward” and “Campaign Reward Eligibility” for Reward Category 1, we have updated “transaction posting date” to “transaction posting/ settlement date” for clarity.
3. Revision to Clause 4.4
- We have updated Clause 4.4 to set out the instances where GXBank may, among others, disqualify an Eligible Participant from participating in the Campaign, decline to credit/cancel the crediting of the Campaign Reward, deduct the Campaign Reward from an Eligible Participant’s GX Account and/ or take any other action deemed necessary by GXBank (including legal action) against an Eligible Participant.
4. Insertion of a new Clause 5.13
- We have inserted a new Clause 5.13 which requires customers to access GXBank’s website on a regular basis to view the Terms and Conditions (including any notices by GXBank relating to this Campaign) and to seek clarification from GXBank’s authorised representatives if customers do not understand any of the Terms and Conditions.

By agreeing, accessing or utilizing the DuitNow services as provided by Us, You agree to be bound by (A) the NAD Terms and Conditions, (B) the DuitNow Transfer Service Terms and Conditions and (C) the DuitNow QR Service Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “DuitNow Terms and Conditions”).
2. Introduction of a new Section C - DuitNow QR Service Terms and Conditions, which will govern your use of the DuitNow QR service offered by GXBank.

Customers must fulfill the following criteria in order to open a GX Account
- Malaysian
- Individual aged 18 years and above
- Does not hold any savings account with GXBank at the time of application
- Hold a bank account with another bank in Malaysia
- Have a Malaysia registered mobile number
After successful account opening, customers are required to make a fund-in deposit within 90 days to activate their account.
