What is this campaign about? The GX Top Referrers Campaign is organised by GX Bank Berhad and will run from 3 June 2024 to 28 July 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
Am I eligible to participate in this campaign? This Campaign is open to individual customers of GXBank with a GX Account, with exception of the following:
(a) permanent and contract employees of GXBank;
(b) individuals selected to participate in the GX Referral - Grab Alpha Program;
(c) agents or individuals appointed by GXBank to promote this Campaign;
(d) customers whose GX Account is terminated, closed, suspended, delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted as determined by GXBank within the Campaign Period;
(e) individuals who are or become mentally unsound, deceased, adjudicated bankrupt or have legal proceedings of any nature instituted against them; or
(f) individuals below the age of eighteen (18) years.

What reward can I earn from this campaign? This Campaign consists of the following two  (2) reward categories:
(a) 1x Grand Prize of RM10,000 cash prize (“Reward Category 1”); and
(b) 3x Weekly Prize of RM500 worth of GrabGifts voucher (“Reward Category 2”)

In relation to Reward Category 2, three (3)  Weekly Prize Winners will be selected for each campaign week (as set out  below) during the Campaign Period:
(a) Week 1: 3 June 2024 - 9 June 2024
(b) Week 2: 10 June 2024 - 16 June 2024
(c) Week 3: 17 June 2024 - 23 June 2024
(d) Week 4: 24 June 2024 - 30 June 2024
(e) Week 5: 1 July 2024 - 7 July 2024
(f) Week 6: 8 July 2024 - 14 July 2024
(g) Week 7: 15 July 2024 - 21 July 2024
(h) Week 8: 22 July 2024 - 28 July 2024. 

Note:  For the avoidance of doubt, each campaign week during the Campaign Period  shall be deemed as isolated with each other and therefore, any Eligible Customer who has been selected for Reward Category 2 in any campaign week can  still be eligible for Reward Category 2 in the following campaign week(s).
How can I earn the campaign reward/s? Qualifying Criteria to earn campaign reward/s:
(a) you must have an existing GX Account in good standing;
(b) you must have participated in the GX Referral Campaign (Terms and Conditions) (FAQ) by sending at least one (1) Referral link and code (“Referral”)to your family and friends who are not existing GXBank customers (“Referee”) to open a GX Account; and
(c) your Referee must have successfully opened a new GX Account using the Referral link or code sent by you (“Successful Referral”); and
(d) in relation to Reward Category 1,your Referee must have completed at least one (1) deposit into his or her GXAccount.
How and when will I receive the campaign reward/s?

Reward Category 1
1x Grand Prize of RM 10,000 cash prize
● One (1) Eligible Customer with the highest number of Successful Referrals during the full Campaign Period (“Grand Prize Winner”). Referee(s) from the Successful Referrals must have completed at least one (1) deposit into his or her  GX Account.
● Reward will be credited to the Grand Prize Winner’s GX Account within one (1) month from the Campaign Period end date.

Reward Category 2
3x Weekly Prizeof RM500 worth of GrabGifts voucher
● Three (3) Eligible Customers with the highest number of Successful Referrals in each campaign week during the Campaign Period (“Weekly Prize Winner”).
● Reward will be awarded in the form of two (2) separate RM250 GrabGifts vouchers codes, sent via a notification message to the Weekly Prize Winner’s GXApp.
● The Weekly Prize Winner can then use the GrabGifts voucher codes to redeem the Reward using his or her Grab account in the Grab App, and further select the preferred voucher denomination options for each of the two (2)separate RM250 GrabGifts vouchers as follows:                              
i. 1x RM250 voucher for Grab Transport, GrabFood or GrabMart; or                            
ii. 5x RM50 vouchers for GrabRides, GrabFood or GrabMart; or                           
iii. 10x RM25 vouchers for GrabRides, GrabFood or GrabMart.
● The GrabGifts vouchers are valid until 31 December 2024.
● Note: Weekly Prize Winner must have an existing Grab account in the GrabApp, or to sign up for a new account, in order to receive the GrabGifts vouchers.
How will I know if I am one of the Winners? Winners will receive a GX App notification with instructions on how to redeem the prizes. GXBank will also announce Weekly Prize and Grand Prize Winners via:
● GXBank website; and
● GXBank’s social media pages.

How can I guide my Referee on this Campaign? When you send a Referral from your GX App, your Referee will receive a message from you, with the Referral link and code in the message. Your Referee can follow the below steps to complete the Referral:

1. Click on the Referral link in the Referral message, which will direct you to install GXBank mobile application (“GX App”) from Apple App store or Google Play Store;

2. In GX App, start the new account application process;

3. If prompted for confirmation, please:
(a) (Recommended) Re-click on the Referral link in the Referral message, or
(b) Manually enter the Referral code in the Referral message.

4. Submit the completed application. You will be notified via GX App on your application status.
